Yes. All watches sold by Global Watch are 100% authentic imported models sourced from trusted international suppliers.
We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit items.


2. What does “Imported Display Model” mean?

Display models are genuine watches that may have been showcased in stores overseas.
They are:

  • Authentic

  • Fully functional

  • Lightly handled

  • 100% verified before dispatch

These models offer premium quality at better prices.


3. Do the watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch comes with a 1-year domestic warranty covering manufacturing defects.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available across India with no extra charges.


5. How long does delivery take?

We deliver orders within:

3–5 business days
Delivery time depends on your pincode and courier service availability.


6. Is shipping free?

Yes. All orders come with free shipping nationwide.
No additional shipping or handling fees.


7. What is your Return & Exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return & exchange window from the date of delivery.
Requirements:

  • 360° unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories, tags, and box should be intact


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In such cases:

  1. Record a 360° unboxing video

  2. Email us at globlwatches@gmail.com with your Order ID

We’ll assist immediately with return or replacement.


9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on email or WhatsApp.
You can use the link to check live delivery updates.


10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For cancellation requests, email us at globlwatches@gmail.com with your Order ID.


11. Are there any hidden charges?

No.
Global Watch offers transparent pricing.
There are no extra shipping, handling, or COD fees.

13. Do your watches come with original packaging?

Yes, all watches are shipped with:

  • Documentation (if available)

Some display models may not include certain international papers, but the watch is 100% authentic and fully tested.
